International PhD Scholarship Scheme By London Metropolitan University (UK) 2018/2019 Still On

SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION 
The London Metropolitan University scholarship is for PhD students, it is essentially a research grant to the value of £18,000 (approximately 7,000,000 Nigerian Naira) to part-sponsor towards your tuition fees.

The scholarship will be awarded to either 1 full-time student or 2 part-time students.
The scholarship value will be awarded as follows:
  • 1 full-time student will receive £6,000 per annum for 3 years towards their tuition fees for (subject to continuous academic results), OR
  • 2 part-time students will receive £3,000 per annum for 3 years towards their tuition fees for (subject to continuous academic results).

PhD (Doctor of Philosophy)/ MPhil (Master of Philosophy)
Computer Vision
 

ELIGIBILITY

Please ensure that you meet these minimum entry criteria before applying:
International or Home/ EU student
NOT currently registered to study towards a postgraduate research degree
 

HOW TO APPLY

Apply by writing a research proposal (3 to 5 pages in length) with 5 to 10 references. Use the International PhD Scholarship Scheme Referee Form (.docx)
Complete application forms and research proposals can be emailed to Ms Doreen Henry at the Research and Postgraduate Office: research@londonmet.ac.uk (with the words “Computer Vision” in the email subject).
You will be required to send copies of the following:
  • Your national passport
  • Fee status questionnaire
  • Proof of any previous qualifications
  • Proposal outline
  • English language qualifications
